JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be working for a well-established market leader in the Financial Services sector that protects the profitability of their corporate client base with the trade credit financial product solutions that they sell on behalf of various vendors. With offices all over Australia, you will be based in the Sydney office.

As the company are growing, they are looking for an Account Manager to support a Business Development Manager to manage clients once they have signed up as a customer. You will be responsible for managing client accounts ensuring they receive exemplary customer service; all their questions and issues are dealt with and they stay on as clients because of the service you provide them.

You will be undertaking a variety of duties such as dealing with claims, account renewals, applying for new limits, providing system support and cross and up selling products where applicable. You will also deal with relevant documentation, client complaints


 
What we are looking for:
  • Demonstrated experience in client services roles
  • The ability to build strong relationships with your clients as well as the sales team
  • Happy to attend client sites to meet your clients to help them solve any issues and answer questions
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer services focused attitude
  • Good negotiation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to undertake administrative duties where required
  • Someone who is tech savvy to be able to train clients on how to use the system
