You will be working for a respected, global services firm that provides sales & marketing solutions to software & technology vendors. You will be working on a variety of sales campaigns with IT companies that range from small start-up companies to global market leaders with brand names that everyone knows and are respected in the marketplace. The Company has developed a formidable reputation in its field and is growing all over the world.

This is an exciting role working for an IT Software vendor where you will be responsible for driving and managing the local staffing/resource requirements which requires you to create learning and training for existing employees as well as sourcing new talent utilising external partnerships across a wide geographic region.

What we are looking for:

  • You will coordinate and manage staffing resources across varied geographical regions in a global IT software vendor
  • You will understand the importance of having a skilled and certified workforce ready and capable to undertake client projects as and when required
  • You will be able to produce training documentation for end users
  • You will work with various stakeholders to ensure that suitable job seekers are brought onboard via various means of advertising as well as University inductions
  • You will work with various external and internal stakeholders to create workforce partnerships to attract and develop workers
  • You will work with internal stakeholders to drive learning initiatives for existing employees

To be successful in this role, you must have the following essential criteria:

  • A Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English
  • Training development and instructional documentation design experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience of business process improvement that involves building from scratch to large scale
  • At least 5 years’ experience of resource program or project management in the IT software industry
  • A high attention to detail with a track record of delivering results
  • The ability to work in a fast-changing environment across various geographical time zones
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Ability to work in a demanding and deadline driven environment proactively managing deliverables
