About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing and Service Team Leader to join our newly created telemarketing/service team and contribute towards our ongoing growth and successful market presence.

Along with your own sales targets, you will also be responsible for leading and motivating the team, assisting with enquiries and training through action.
Main Duties:

• Lead and Manage the telemarketing/service team including recruitment, training, motivating them
• Responsible for performing outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Hone and develop procedures, training and service expectations.
• Understand the target customer needs, alongside our evolving products and services.
• Meet sales targets and KPI’s as required including daily call times.
• Develop a team of dedicated sales and service agents.

• Experienced in managing people/teams
• Experience leading a team of telemarketers
• Experience in cold calling and telesales is a requirement
• An excellent work ethic and team success focus
• Positive solution focused attitude matching a ‘customer comes first’ approach
• Advanced internet, CRM (ideally ZOHO), Excel and Word experience
• Have a strong interest in utilities or internet services
• Self-motivated, friendly and professional
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding time management and organisation skills
• Phone/web sales skills and proven track record in achieving targets
• Outstanding follow up skills & administration skills
