The Role

We are currently seeking an energetic Document Controller to our project office in a full time capacity. The role will be a 2 year fixed term contract, and will require travel to project sites.

The position of Document Controller maintains up-to-date records of all information, correspondence and documentation and ensures it is available in a timely and comprehensive manner to the project team. The Document Controller is responsible for the provision of effective document and data control services that ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected and filed.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

  • Experience in a similar role ideally within an engineering / project’s environment
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Experience in the use of Aconex is desirable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient on MS Office tools
  • A current driver’s license
