About the role
Maxima are currently recruiting an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to start on the 12th of April and finish on the 6th of August. Beginning at 8am and working through until 4:30pm. This position undertakes providing generalist administrative support for the Talent team. The pay rate for this role is $38.75 - $43.75/hr with 38 hours per week.

Duties:

  • Provide generalist administrative support for the Talent team
  • Coordinating candidate pre-employment medicals, national police checks and reference checks
  • Pre-screening job applicants
  • Assisting Hiring Managers with use of the recruitment system (Comensura and Workday)
  • Arranging interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Co-ordination of the on boarding of successful candidates
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Maintaining effective communication and correspondence with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects, initiatives, tasks

Applicants must have:

  • Previous experience working in a recruitment or on-boarding role
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A strong working knowledge of recruitment end to end process
  • Experience using Workday recruitment system, desirable
