Agency Sales Manager

to join the business.


About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the 

Agency Sales Manager 

will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales and growth activities, with a specific focus on building, nurturing, and growing agency relationships.

In this unique role with a strong relationship focus, you can expect to work closely with our senior sales executives and with a variety of agency and client brands in diverse industries.

As the

‘face of the company’

, you will contribute to building long term relationships with key stakeholders, championing the brand to media buyers, account directors, strategists, and advertising coordinators.

Liaising with key agencies throughout Australia and New Zealand, your focused activities will include:


  • Rolling out a strategic plan to develop the agency revenue base
  • Strengthen relationships to drive new and repeat media bookings
  • Entertaining key stakeholders
  • Promoting diverse outdoor and airport assets
  • Conducting in-field education
  • Reporting on agency activity and development to our executive team
  • Dealing with independent agencies
About You

As the 

Agency Sales Manager, 

you will enjoy ‘being on the road’. Possessing demonstrable ability to build rapport with a variety of people ranging from corporate clients to small privately-owned businesses. 

To be considered you'll need to be able to demonstrate the following:


  • 5+ years’ experience in senior agency sales, account management, or similar role
  • Possess existing relationships with key media agencies, at least in Brisbane and/or Sydney
  • Confidence, attention to detail, great conversation skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
