What your typical day will look like?

As our Digital Account Director, you will be responsible for developing digital media strategies and working with the implementation and trading teams to ensure the campaigns delivered are aligned to the strategy and are measurable back to business outcomes. Within this role, you will work with the leads for the specialist business units such as programmatic, paid search / social and data and technology to ensure the client is delivered a connected and integrated digital product. 

 Other responsibilities include:

1. Product & Innovation

  • Ensure the digital strategy leads the market and coordinate with the implementation teams to convert these strategies into campaign initiatives.
  • Oversight of campaign delivery, ensuring trading and planning teams are accountable to delivery against client expectations

2. Commercial

  • Support the Trading Director as they lead the negotiation approach with digital partners, including communication expected and forecast spends.
  • Ensuring all media is planned with measurable outcomes that align with the briefed business priorities 

3. Client Engagement

  • Inspire, educate, and inform the client and internal team on the latest market trends, insights, and innovation.
  • Management of the planning, implementation, and measurement of digital media

4. People Leadership

  • Be responsible for assessing the training needs of your direct reports
  • Maximise team productivity by clear delegation to direct reports of all tasks

  • Your experienced in delivering digital media strategies that leverage a client's data and technology and can be measurable back to business outcomes.
  • You understand the ad technology ecosystem and can be proactive in helping clients navigate the complexities of changing platform policies and ways of working.
  • A natural collaborator and problem solver who is enthusiastic about helping others with the ability to coordinate the output of a diverse range of specialists, ensuring their output is integrated and measurable.
