In this role, you will be processing customer claims which are submitted via our online portal, email or post. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have enough funds in their account to process claims and contact customers to increase budgets where necessary. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will 

  • Assess all driver claims to ensure Australian Tax Office compliance;
  • Enter data for direct payments and reimbursements;
  • Monitor account balances and provisions;
  • Responding to customer queries where necessary.

  • Experience in a position with an administration focus;
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional data entry skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
