About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service/Office All Rounder to join our small team. In this multi-faceted role, reporting into the General manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk reception, handling all incoming enquiries professionally and transferring them to the relevant team members. You will also support the Sales Manager with data entry into the CRM system and support the Freight and Logistics manager with adhoc administration tasks You will also be responsible for the office facilities and administration.

This is a hands-on role that will require being highly organised, highly detailed and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously. You will be the type of person who actively seeks out opportunities for improvement and genuinely enjoys being a jack of all trades.

This role is being offered on a full time basis, over 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a range of functions including:

  • Managing Reception and taking all incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant team members.
  • Greeting customers and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Supporting the Sales and Logistics team with administrative tasks
  • Making calls to existing customers to generate sales and follow up on previous enquiries or quotes.
  • Accurately processing sales orders and quotes
  • Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules and back orders in a timely manner
  • Data entry into Excel, Inventory and the CRM system
  • Office facilities - oversee & coordinate the management of our office facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, kitchen supplies & stationary.
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks as required.
