The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the administration office at a cold storage company. The position is an autonomous role managing three staff members and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Monday through to Friday- 38-hour week!
To be considered you must possess the following skills;
* Manage the day to day activities of a five-person office.
* Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and HR.
* Prepare and run weekly meetings with staff and Managing Director.
* General administration duties
* Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are being met and report any areas of concerns to the OH&S Manager.
* Ensure work area is kept in a clean and tidy state. Manage the cleaning contractors.
* Ensure effective communication with all internal staff those that report directly to you.
* Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external stakeholders/suppliers
* Train, develop and coach both new and existing staff
* Promote team culture and constantly motivate staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse management.

You must possess the following skills below;
* Extensive MS excel experience
* Strong planning, coordinating and organisational skills
* Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
* Excellent people and process skills
* Hands-on approach with a high attention to detail
* Ability to supervise, train and develop staff
