WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH..

Our Host Employer is a leader in the Furnishing, Cabinetry and Joinery Industry. They have been in operation since 1948 and focus on assisting their members as well as training in particular workplace training for Apprentices. They're looking for a motivated Trainee with exceptional communication skills to join their customer focused team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED..;

  • Drivers License and own vehicle required
  • Ability to use Database software packages
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING..

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:36pm, your duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • Scanning, Filing and Photocopying
  • Collating Spreadsheets for Accounts
  • Answering and Directing Phone Calls & Emails
  • General Housekeeping
  • Mail distribution and Registration
  • Ordering Stationary
  • Working with the in-house Database system
  • General Administrative Tasks

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 12 months.
