JOB DESCRIPTION
The role:
Seeking several Complaints Specialists for a 3-month contract role with the opportunity to extend at the end of the contract. Work for an incredible Fin-Tech company based in the CBD, Sydney.
Start your day with a coffee and some breakfast on our rooftop terrace before heading to work. You will be a crucial member of the Complaints team and your duties will include answering phones, responding to emails, and dealing with any customer service enquiries while working within a close team to ensure daily tasks are reached each day.
What you need:
You must have some form of experience with customer complaints & customer service.
