Do you know the difference between SIP and SIPp? Can you grok a pcap? Is a trunk more than just a foreign term for the back of your car? We are looking for a Voice Engineer to join our team! This is a full time role based in our Melbourne CBD office.
The successful candidate will be working with our existing team of highly skilled engineers and developers to provide:
- Architectural design and input to network and telephony products and services
- Support to carrier partners connecting to our products and services
- Troubleshooting of telephony and network interactions for existing partners
- Internal Training and Documentation on key telephony components
- A solid background in Telephony networks and VoIP
- Legendary SIP troubleshooting skills (across multiple vendor solutions)
- Proficiency in *nix and shell scripting and or programming language(s)
- Ability to work independently or within a team and communicate effectively at all levels.
