What This Job Involves-

The Workplace Coordinator plays a pivotal part in maintaining the productivity of the Workplace Team by ensuring all admin related tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner. Your goal will be to support the Workplace Operations team who oversee day to day operations of two Docklands commercial office towers, including the management of the Building Management Inbox, Workplace Locker, End of Trip applications & onsite carpark queries.

Here’s a snapshot of what will keep you busy day to day-

  • Support the Workplace team in overseeing the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services
  • Daily management of work order & invoice system.
  • Ownership of the Building Management Inbox assist with onsite property related queries
  • Support the workplace team with budgeting, approving invoices, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Exposure to varies workplace related projects and provide support with the submission of recommendation papers for minor works projects
  • Daily management of workplace locker, End of Trip & onsite carpark queries
  • Process invoices & raise purchase orders

You will have prior experience in a corporate environment with exposure to working in a similar Workplace, facilities or hospitality role.

Both written and verbal communication skills are vital and, of course, you’ll be good at building team relationships. You’ll have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal, administrative & customer service skills
