Community Living Options (CLO) is a leading NDIS registered disability services provider. Our services are innovative and diverse, supporting people with disability and/or complex mental health to live in their own homes in the community in the least restrictive environment.

About the Role:  

Under the limited direction of the CEO, the position of Manager Clinical and Therapeutic services is to plan and lead the strategic objectives of Clinical services across the organisation. The role is responsible for providing leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and oversee clinical and service development, clinical governance and ensuring compliance and delivery of an optimal service model.

The Manager Clinical and Therapeutic Services will demonstrate the core strategic and functional specific capabilities of their role as outlined in the Position Description.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a multi-disciplinary professional department to plan.
  • Provide leadership and supervision of Clinical services professionals and leaders delivering a range of services under NDIS packages.
  • Ensure all service specific contract conditions are adhered to and all services provided continually meet the NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding standards, quality frameworks; and other requirements, legislation and regulations.
  • Assess, develop, implement, evaluate and lead strategies and programs designed with and for customers that maximise independence and achievement of identified goals.
  • Clinical team compliance and performance monitoring and meeting of the regulatory obligations.
  • Ability to train and induct PBS Practitioner Leaders, allied health professionals and Support Coordinators

To be successful: 

You are highly experienced in leadership skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams within regulated environments, have NDIS knowledge

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in either Disability, Allied Health, Social Science, Education, or related discipline
  • Current Driver's License
  • DHS Disability Services Employment Clearance (formerly DCSI Clearance (Disability-Related)
