This is an established boutique firm that offers solutions across financial planning, tax and accounting and risk insurance. They are committed to providing financial solutions to health professionals to help them meet their goals and objectives. They are looking for a Client Services Officer to join their Financial Planning team.

Your new role

Your responsibilities as a Client Services Officer will include:

• Working closely with a Financial Adviser
• Assisting with the implementation of advice recommendations and preparation of relevant documents
• Providing a high level of service to clients and supporting the Financial Planning team
• Client portfolio management and carrying out general administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma of Financial Planning
• Previous experience as a Client Services Officer is preferred
• Knowledge of Xplan is desired
• Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
• High attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
