We have a great opportunity for a Proactive Admin & Warehouse coordinator to join the team in a machinery rental company based in Perth for a long term permanent position.

Immediate start for the right candidate.

Duties Include - 

  • Primary point of contact for the branch
  • Coordinate the booking and receiving of rental equipment
  • Keep detailed plans for maintenance and quality control of equipment
  • Support all customer service levels by working alongside key managers, sales staff and warehouse staff to assist in day to day activities
  • Calls to new and existing suppliers and logging into the CRM database
  • Routine administration, service, sales and despatch functions associated with the operation of the branch; focusing mainly on logistics and despatch functions.
  • Operate forklift (If licence held - Training available)
Experience and Requirements - 
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a varied administaration role
  • Experience working with parts and components highly regarded
  • Competent in computer systems; ERP, CRM, outlook email, word and excel
  • General interest and/or background in a heavy industry such as mining or construction
  • Professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid drivers licence
  • High school certificate as a minimum
Duration and Conditions - 
  • Full time hours
  • Wages paid weekly
  • Long term permanent position
  • $55-60k per year
