JOB DESCRIPTION

A reputable financial organisation is currently seeking a Senior Change Manager to join their wealth division to work on a financial advice project. You will be responsible for the end-to-end change management for the project and will successfully identify appropriate change management strategies. Strong influencing and stakeholder management will be essential to ensure the delivery of this project.

To be successful in this role you must have the following;

  • 3-7 years' experience as a Senior Change Manager within financial services
  • Extensive wealth and financial advice project experience.
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
You will receive a rate of $1000 - $1100 including super on an initial 6-month project and will become a part of a dynamic, fast paced company based in North Sydney. You will become a part of a dynamic, friendly team that will welcome you to this role.
