Your new role
As a Relationship Manager, you will provide meaningful and proactive solutions for a portfolio of diversified small business banking clients. You'll understand the specific needs and goals of your clients and use your relationships to help them understand new opportunities. You'll use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move businesses forward and grow our client base.

  • Understand the specific needs and aims of your clients and use your relationships to help them realise new opportunities.
  • Own and maintain a portfolio of clients and drive revenue from this portfolio whilst also growing your client base
  • Enhance customer satisfaction of the client managed accounts
  • Work with dedicated specialists to drive increase in cross holdings
  • Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio
  • Provide Analysts with the necessary information to write good quality credit submissions
What you'll need to succeed
Experience successfully managing a portfolio of SME/ Business Banking clients, with proven business origination outcomes and extensive knowledge of Banking products and services. You will have strong experience with cashflow lending and trade finance. Self-motivation, with a can do attitude, be analytically & strategically minded and have an ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated leadership ability, with a strong risk management focus and goal orientation. What you'll get in return
