JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be working for a Financial Advice firm with a team of award-winning advisors. They provide a holistic approach to offering advice in the client's best interest to help them confidently plan for the future.

Your new role

As a Client Services Officer, you will get good exposure to financial planning and your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the Senior Risk Advisors and assisting with the implementation of their advice in accordance with strategies
  • Carrying out a range of administrative tasks within the financial planning and insurance industry
  • Building relationships with clients while responding to their requests and proactively liaising with third parties
  • Processing transactions as part of the financial advice process
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience working in the financial planning industry
  • Diploma of Financial Planning and a relevant degree is preferred
  • Experience using industry specific software such as Xplan
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
  • You will be well presented with good verbal and written communication skills.
