About us

Class35 was established in 2018 by a team of consulting-acquired design agency leaders, to create a consulting/design agency hybrid that solves some of the biggest business challenges of the digital era for clients. We have successfully delivered innovation, growth and transformation programmes for a range of rapidly growing scale-ups, blue chip clients and private equity portfolio companies. Our clients between them have raised more than $1.5bn, and our work has directly resulted in 6 equity events, including 2 exits.

Class35's mission is to help organisations adapt, at scale, to meet changing market conditions and rapidly shifting customer expectations. We do this with a unique approach that balances consulting, design and growth marketing disciplines, and a business model that removes the waste in the traditional consulting model.

In response to client demand in the ANZ region, we are planning to launch an Australian studio in the near future. We are looking for an established leader to take on the role of establishing and growing our business in the region.

This is a unique opportunity to start a business in your own way, without taking a significant commercial risk, and with the support of a proven toolkit of methods, approaches and project resources, a repeatable business model, a stack of client credentials and brand assets to leverage in market and access to a top quality "back office" to look after the inner workings of the business (commercial, legal, HR etc).

Requirements

  • An established leader from a relevant field, with a track record for winning and delivering impactful work
  • Can span at least 2 of... growth/customer strategy, innovation, strategic or service design, digital product design and build, go-to-market or brand disciplines
  • Able to start and grow a local presence from a low base
  • Have a proven network of clients and practitioners
  • Have a proven and working knowledge of 'customer-led' approaches to innovation, growth and business transformation
  • Are comfortable taking commercial accountability for client revenue growth, both in establishing new client relationships and managing client accounts
  • Are comfortable managing teams of senior practitioners to ensure quality outcomes
  • Comfortable as a "practitioner', and providing hands-on guidance to clients
  • You’re happy to represent Class35 (and yourself) as a thought leader
