Based in Sydney, they are currently seeking a Settlements Officer to join their fun, dynamic team. Your new role
As a Settlements Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients and communicating directly with other divisions within the company
• Process loan documents for settlement and payment to suppliers
• Work with high attention to detail, inputting accurate information into systems
• Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, checking files before settlement, filing and retrieving customer settlement documents
• Dealing with phone calls for enquiries escalating complex issues where necessary

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in settlements or a similar role
• Exposure to working with external stakeholders, including solicitors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant corporate experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Great time management skills
