Position Title: Weekend Physiotherapist
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Hours per week: 12
Position Grade: Physiotherapist Level 1/2 (Year 1-4)
Salary: Manager: $64,463.00 - $93,393.00 (pro rata) per annum
Enterprise Agreement: The Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations' Professional & Associated Staff Agreement 2009

Position Summary:
The Physiotherapy Department at St Vincent's Hospital is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist for our weekend staff. The successful applicant will be required to work weekend shifts across a variety of Acute Clinical Areas including Intensive Care, Cardiothoracics, Neurology and Orthopaedics.

The expectation is that the successful candidate will do 3 shifts per fortnight.

The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those non-residents deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia only.

Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy and Current Australian Physiotherapy Registration

Post-Graduate Public Hospital experience

Demonstrates an acceptable level of professional competence

Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritize where necessary

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Ability to work independently and without other physiotherapy supervision

Knowledge of Quality Improvement and Workplace Health and Safety policies
