Full Job Description

We are looking for a pivotal member of our management team.

You will be the person responsible for keeping everything running smoothly so that the team is focused on growing the business. This includes recruitment, human resources, and administration.

Lifewood has just had a record year of sales using an industry disruptive product and sales strategy. We are moving into a significant growth phase and need someone who can help us to find and nurture ethical and productive team members to come on this journey with us.

The owner needs someone who is diligent and loyal, can handle pressure and who will work alongside him to keep everything together, smooth, in place and on track. You will be his go-to person for all things organisational and personnel.

This role is ideal for someone who has a good sense for people and is highly productive, not needing external influence to get started, and is motivated by the potential future of their career in a growing business.

Located in Osborne Park, Lifewood is an award winning, luxury flooring brand established in 2002.

We are the market leader in the supply and installation of Australian timber and French Oak flooring to residences, and major commercial and multi-residential building projects. We design, manufacture our very own range of patented premium floorboards.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
