Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking, experienced Administration Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of 15 Administrators based at our depot near the Perth Airport.

The key focus of this hands on role will be to oversee the day to day functions and operations of the Administration staff.

As the Administration Supervisor, you will:
Manage, lead and develop your team to ensure a high quality administration service is provided to all departments
Ensure that all data entry, manifesting, auditing, charging and other tasks assigned to administration are completed promptly, comprehensively and accurately.
Identify and resolve any performance related issues across the team
Audit administration activities, ensure that Toll are meeting all our legislative obligations
Act as the key point of contact between operations and the administration team


To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience supervising a team, preferably in administrative and data entry roles
The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, priorities, you must be highly organised with strong administration skills
To be able to identify opportunities to improve existing practices, you are process and procedurally driven
Strong interpersonal skills, you will work cooperatively with operations and other internal departments
