This is an exciting role within a growing organisation and is responsible for supporting a talented HR function. You will form an integral part of the Records Management Team , tasked with delivering high quality and accurate HR data, and support to the business.

Providing both query management and support to HR, HSE and Operational functions, you will be adept at managing large volumes of training and compliance documentation, data, and auditing. It is essential you possess Intermediate MS Office suite expertise.

As a HR Support Officer, you will need to be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, prioritising projects, managing expectations and delivering on support activities. The ideal candidate will be process driven and results orientated with strong attention to detail. You will need to be able to draw from your previous experience in a similar role to enable you to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities Include:
Audit personnel and training compliance data to ensure premobilisation and on-site compliance
Provide coaching to new and existing users of internal processes, systems & tools
Troubleshooting advice/guidance of Recruitment and Training Compliance tools and systems
HSE Training compliance query management
Assist with task prioritisation of offshore data entry workload
Provide system access setup
Creation of electronic forms
Training report creation and maintenance based on a Training Needs Analysis
Creation and updating of work instructions
Managing multiple email inboxes
Liaison with various Teams including HSE, Recruitment & Operations

What you will bring:
Experience of managing queries relating to training and compliance
A general understanding of training and compliance across Trades and Professional disciplines
Previous knowledge of Client specific training requirements. Clients may include: BHP, RIO, Chevron, Woodside, Shell
Demonstrated experience in work instruction creation
Intermediate Excel skills in data analysis
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive self-starter attitude
Strong communication skills
