Vital Coordination and communication role
Support the People Systems & Program Office teams within People & Capability
$71,548 plus Super

About the role:
An opportunity exists for an experienced administration professional to provide a broad range of business services to the People System and Program Office teams within People & Capability. You will play a crucial coordination and communication role ensuring that our people and teams are aligned, well organised, and set up to be successful.

What the role will involve:
You will coordinate and support key administration duties across two business areas within People & Capability. Managing the organisation of centralised mailboxes you will use your initiative to triage queries to the appropriate team member and first line response. Utilising your planning and prioritisation skills to manage the diaries for the section managers, you will support invoicing and purchase order management.

This diverse role will see you coordinating team events that will include attending and capturing outcomes from team planning and meeting sessions. Your strong attention to detail will ensure the coordination and delivery of project reporting and on-boarding and off-boarding of external contractors into our people system will be delivered accurately and on time. There will also be the opportunity to work with the People & Capability Business Unit Coordinator to support Section Managers with other activities.

Key skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience in a support and administrative role, providing support to multiple teams.
Demonstrated Experience in planning, prioritising and managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Demonstrated effective communication skills using a broad range of communication styles and tools.
Excellent team player with a high degree of initiative.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office suite. With particular emphasis on the use of Excel to manipulate data and PowerPoint to develop presentations.
Experience in Executive and Board Paper administration is highly regarded.
Experience in SAP is desirable.
