The Wesley Hospital is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their Allied Health team in a Permanent, Part-Time position.

About the Role:

As Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Allied Health team, with a key focus on quality and governance. You will:

  • Act as a support to management with a range of tasks including reporting, credentialing compliance and registration requirements
  • Organise Allied Health compliance with mandatory requirements including training for Allied Health employees and students
  • Equipment and Asset Management
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding coordination and management of electronic filing including Payroll and HRM forms
  • Maintain allied health staff Professional Development tracking register
  • General departmental administration including mail management, stationery and equipment ordering

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Certificate in administration, business or a related field
  • Experience as a personal assistant / senior receptionist in the health industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Effective time management skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
