Here at Hays you'll be working for the largest recruitment agency in Sydney in a dynamic and fast paced finance team. Hays employ over 400 people in their Sydney HQ alone with a large finance team and a senior finance team of circa 10 people.

Your new role
This position will fundamentally be providing support across 4 key areas; Reporting & Analytics, Design & Implementation, Service Delivery & Critical Processes, and Health & Safety.

• Provide Support to Management in analysing business metrics, including presenting and discussing the findings
• Work closely with key stakeholders across corporate services including; Finance, IT, HR, Compliance & Legal
• Be involved in Change Management projects to implement process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to Hays' policies, recruitment methods and service delivery standards

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA/CA Qualified
• Demonstrable accounting experience in a large corporate environment
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting requirements
• Advanced Excel skills
