Skills & responsibilities
You will be a disputes & regulatory investigations lawyer at the 4-8 year level with a strong level of local experience.
Your role
Will see you working on a various array of disputes – class actions, cartel conduct, mergers, market disclosure, resources, confidential information, directors’ duties, complex financial and banking products; market misconduct; securities; tax contracts, capital raisings, financial services, infrastructure, funds management, insolvency and restructuring.
