An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist/administration assistant to join a prestigious agency with a great team and office culture, located in Double Bay. 

We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of their role and excel. Someone who is a bubbly, confident, and well-presented individual who is wanting to be part of our energetic and dynamic team. 

The Role:

Each day will be varied and interesting and will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to;

  • Answering and directing calls 
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Ensuring the office is organised and tidy
  • Maintaining equipment and office supplies
  • Banking and postage when required
  • Preparing property submissions
  • Handling exchanges and settlements
  • Database management
  • General administration duties
  • Diary management
  • Various ad hoc duties
  • Monday to Friday role

Essential Skills:
