FFI is leading Fortescue’s decarbonisation and growth agendas and developing a portfolio of projects centred on the production of renewable hydrogen, ammonia, minerals and other value-added products. FFI is underpinned by Fortescue’s world class expertise, operational excellence and proven capability to drive future growth.

Title: Scheduler - Green Fleet Development

Work location: Perth based (Hazelmere)

Roster: 5/2 roster (Mon to Fri)

In support of Fortescue’s strong focus on green energy and our carbon neutrality targets, one of our key initiatives will be in our Green Fleet projects whereby we will develop and test a range of technologies to power our mining fleet

Based out our new Hazelmere R&D facility, we are presently looking for an experienced Scheduler to join the Green Fleet Development team

Key accountabilities will include:
Develop and maintain a master schedule of all hydrogen and ammonia projects
Report on portfolio and individual project progress
Plan work orders for projects including raising purchase requisitions and ensure work orders are scheduled in the required execution period.
Ensure compliance to the project management process by project owners
Oversee the forecasting and accrual processes for each project
Assist in reviewing scoping sheets and alignment with forecast and portfolio for submissions
Engage with stakeholders to ensure information is being shared on project status
Engage with external vendors and support them with the contractor management process

Qualifications and skills required:
Previous Scheduling experience is essential
Workshop based maintenance scheduling experience highly advantageous
Working experience with maintenance management systems and experience using SAP
Knowledge and demonstrated use of MS Excel, Outlook and Project
Experience in contractor engagement and contractor management processes
Ability to work within a team environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
