Role Overview: 

As a Senior Integration Consultant at Davanti you will be focused on managing the technical deliverables for our clients; you will work across multi-faceted teams to showcase our passion for brilliant solutions.

You will have a proven track record of delivering highly appreciated solution outcomes with enterprise-sized clients. You are used to managing your own work, often seeking extended work a client to ensure they remain highly utilised. You are keen to provide a material outcome to the wider organisation, contributing via the creation of reusable assets or knowledge sharing activities from their current and historic engagements.

Your strong client-facing skills and ability to operate multiple projects concurrently will contribute to your success in this role.


  • Build strong partner relationships with key Salesforce team members (business development, sales, pre-sales, product management, product marketing, etc.) to optimise deal flow and ability to close business
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Architect, design and develop solutions that meet the business need with consideration to ongoing support and scalability
  • Manage teams and juggle multiple projects and clients
  • Develop presentations and demonstrations to prove a solution's business value to customers
  • Coach, develop and mentor other team members, contributing to the development overall practice capability
  • Support account management and sales activities by contributing domain expertise
  • Contribute to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work. 

To qualify for this role, you must tick the boxes on the following: 

  • 3+ years of experience in designing and configuring robust and powerful Salesforce solutions
  • 3+ certifications including Platform App Builder and Platform Developer
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or experience with other integration / ETL solutions
  • Experience with APEX, integration patterns and Lightning Web Components
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to have presence in a meeting environment
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services organisation
  • Experiences in multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Community and CPQ (preferred)
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps around Salesforce platform (preferred)
  • Experience in working in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery models (preferred)
