The Company
Our client is an Australian, family-owned business renowned for supplying high quality products to the hospitality, corporate and educational sectors across Australia. The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director based in Canning Vale, Perth, you will be part of the wider production team and be responsible for the planning and scheduling of tasks to ensure the operations team can successfully fulfill the orders for customers with an emphasis on timeliness and quality. To succeed in this role, you will be a high calibre candidate with proven administration experience, a strong attention to detail, high accuracy and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Your natural warmth and excellent rapport building skills will enable you to communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal staff. In return for your hard work, you will receive in-depth training and support to allow you to thrive in this role.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Schedule and assign all tasks for the production team relating to order fulfilment.
  • Regular communication with customers, suppliers, and internal staff to make sure all order fulfilment deadlines are met.
  • Document and update production times of assembly items in the system to assist planning.
  • Receipt inwards goods into an ERP system and process invoices.
  • Any other administrative tasks relating to operations as required.
What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience working in an administration capacity is essential.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including good mathematical ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Sound computer literacy and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, willing, and ready to learn.
