JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a manufacturer of superior quality, light-weight prefabricated steel frames, trusses and floor systems searching for an enthusiastic and competent Account Manager to join our Loganholme team.


You will be responsible for developing new relationships as well as enhancing existing client relationships. These relationships are both internal and external to our organisation.

Reporting to the BDM, the Responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to;

  • Provide effective management to achieve sales and operational activities
  • Develop and maintain existing client relationships internally and externally
  • Manage sales to meet agreed targets
  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Formulate and present proposals, tenders and quotations
  • Report against sales targets
  • Monitor EstimateOne and BidContender
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Work closely and maintain relationships with Sales & Estimating, Detailing, Admin & Finance teams
  • Other duties as instructed by SLT.


Our new Account Manager is:

  • Experienced in the Frame and Truss market, timber or steel preferred or has other relevant building industry experience.
  • Driven and has a natural ability to ‘hunt’ and convert opportunities 
  • Motivated by budgets and targets
  • Experienced with residential and commercial projects
  • Able to identify new opportunities, products and to generate business in a competitive market


Our new Account Manager has:

  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • The ability to read and interpret plans
