With our continued growth and recent project awards, our Perth CBD office requires a Administration Assistant to join our HSE team. We are looking for an individual to provide a positive impact to our future growth that will be supported in advancing their career development.

About You

Proven ability to accurately format documentation with understanding of Style Guides
High level of attention to detail is critical
Sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with a focus on MS Word
Basic understanding of Work Health & Safety and Induction requirements
High level of communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
A team player with a positive 'can do" attitude
Cert III or Cert IV business administration desirable
A basic understanding of document control systems (desirable)
