What will you create?

You’ll help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

Assurance bring this to life by helping clients further enhance financial performance and operations and gain an understanding of the commercial issues facing their business, alongside the delivery of audit services.

As a Manager in our External Audit team your impact will be seen by:

  • Delivering outstanding client service by identifying and solving problems, providing advice and addressing queries and concerns;
  • Leading and developing an energetic, diverse and high-performing team;
  • Developing your own project management, leadership, networking and technical skills, supported by a dedicated Coach, and Partner.

About you

You have a background in External Audit where you have supervised audits for a portfolio of Financial Services clients, are skilled in Australian accounting standards (IFRS), and hold a passion for providing advice to clients on issues faced in relation to reporting and addressing client requests for assistance on a timely basis.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Assurance team solve complex business issues, improve how systems work and provide confidence on the bigger decisions.

You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.

We’re committed to building and maintaining a diverse workforce because we know it’s only by working together that we can realise the potential of our people, clients and society around us.
