Right now, with the continued growth of our business our Payroll team ensures the ongoing responsibility for the delivery of end-to-end payroll services for staff globally. So there has never been a more exciting time to join. With the support of the team, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Processing and reviewing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for a national workforce of over 6000
  • Data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Building relationships and working with site and operations employees on ensuring an efficient payroll process
  • Producing and processing manual pays and termination payments
  • Generating reports related to employee information
  • Handling payroll queries from employees and sites
  • Liaising with various project sites, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Employee Systems teams as required

What you will bring


  • Have solid Microsoft Office and database skills
  • A high level of efficiency and attention to detail combined with initiative and flexibility
  • An appreciation for the confidentiality of personal information is a must
  • Be self-motivated, career driven and have a passion for providing excellent customer service; with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills who enjoys being part of a busy team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Previous payroll experience is essential, with knowledge of Ascender being highly desirable
  • Experience dealing with multiple complex EBA's is considered essential
