Reporting to the Head of eCommerce,we are looking for a eCommerce Manager to define, implement and drive the department strategy, implement online with the site roadmap, and deliver profitable online sales growth for colettehayman.com.au and marketplaces. The role is responsible for driving qualified traffic to the website through digital channels including but not limited to Search (SEM & SEO), remarketing, affiliate marketing and email with a focus on website optimisations to improve customer experience and conversion rate. The Ecommerce Manager will also manage the fulfilment strategy making every part of the coletthayman.com.au experience memorable.


  • The Management and responsibility of the day-to-day commercial performance of company website including implementation on online promotions, optimisation of homepage real estate, increase in website traffic and conversion rate
  • The implementation and management of digital media strategy and development roadmap with a focus on cost efficient conversions, increase in average order value, and positive online sales revenue
  • The development, implementation and overall responsibility of promotional EDM and loyalty programs
  • Utilise performance channels including but not limited to Google ads, remarketing and affiliate marketing channels
  • The optimisation of end to end customer order experience
  • The management and execution of online budgets including monthly reconciliation
  • The analysis and delivery of timely department reporting including digital media spend and activities, eCommerce reports, and insights into website performance
  • Extensive relevant experience in an ecommerce role within the retail industry
  • Demonstrated experience and success in delivering online sales growth, developing online strategy and development roadmaps
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Shopify, Netsuite, Klavivo , Celigo, Zendesk ecommerce platform preferred
  • Extensive experience in driving cost efficient conversions through digital media channels including SEM, SEO, remarketing and affiliate marketing
  • Advanced experience and understanding of Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a willingness to engage effectively to all stakeholders across the business
  • Strong project and budget management skills
