Job Description

The role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our Global Logistics based in Perth. Working Monday to Friday, you will support the Business Development and Marketing function of Resources nationally. The Business Development Coordinator will assist in matters relating to sales and marketing, business development and customer relationship management. This role will be pivotal with ensuring Resources achieve its strategic goals.

As the Business Development Coordinator, you will:
Meet business needs by delivering assigned tender requirements.
Support strategic opportunities that have been identified through engaging with Key Resource Stakeholders.
Regularly provide support with sales and business development processes.
Deliver support to dedicated teams with preparation of major proposals and presentations - implementation of services contracted.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee targeted communications are created to suit customer’s needs.

Qualifications

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role - beneficial.
Exceptional time management, planning and organizational skills.
Superior communication skills - both written and verbal.
Capability to liaise with all levels of management and internal/external stakeholders.
Intermediate MS Office Suite skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A collaborative nature, along with being adaptable to an evolving work environment.
The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
