The Role and You

You will be a dynamic and motivated leader who drives results through the development of your team and customer experiences. You will be high energy, passionate about footwear and sneakers as well as driven by KPI success. As the leader of the BUNDOORA store and team, you will be accountable for every aspect of your store's results.

As a Manager you will:

• Have a proven record of success in driving sales and service standards
• Be able to coach a team to reach personal and store KPI's
• Demonstrate your ability to lead from the front
• Lead by example to promote high energy and performance
• Outlet / high Volume experience ESSENTIAL!
• Understand roster and wage management
• Be across shrinkage and stock KPI's
• Understand VM and have impeccable shop standards
• Have excellent time management and communication skills
• Be passionate about learning and being MORE THEN JUST AVERAGE!
