JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sydney CBD
- 6 Month Day Rate Contract
- Immediate start available
- You will be looking at what the client's current setup is in Salesforce process builder and be required to convert into pseudocode and align with stakeholders, then convert into Apex code to productionise.
- Design and implement technical solutions that align with business needs
- Drive best practices for Salesforce and other customer service tools
- Work closely with key stakeholders to determine and prioritise goals + pain points
- Develop a cohesive plan in collaboration with other technical stakeholders for improving user workflows and data integrity across platforms
- Collaborate with business analysis to run requirements gathering workshops with small groups of stakeholders
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical enquiries or issues relating tosupported tech stack About You:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer (Automation Workflows, Flows, Process Builder and ability to build/add custom objects, formula fields, triggers, custom views, reports, dashboards, and other similar features)
- Ideally experience converting Process Builder flows into Apex code for scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in driving best practices and customer service excellence
- Extensive experience working with:
- Salesforce Cloud based products
- Marketo or similar email marketing tools
