About the Role

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a Digital Factory Coordinator within the WAIO Technology team, reporting to the Manager Innovation Mine. The DF Coordinator will be integral in organising factory routines and process, consolidating and tracking the portfolio level financial and schedule positions, coordinating recruitment, on boarding, continual team training, data, occupancy planning, risk, workforce development, and being a key interface with the DF Centre of Excellence (CoE).

This position plays a key role in the team through:
Assisting in managing the Factory workforce (resource leveling & checking skills, capabilities and development and managing capacity)
Portfolio controls management (cost and overall schedule position)
Organising and coordinating Factory recruitment (e.g. interviews, onboarding, mentoring programs)
Coordinating Factory risk profile
Setting up and organising core Factory routines and processes (e.g. showcases, development meetings, problem solving, senior leadership meetings etc.) and assisting with preparation and content development
Coordinating and managing preparation for Factory level quarterly planning
Coordinating occupancy planning, workplace management, and team setup
Managing team purchases and acquisitions (e.g. managing approvals, tracking Factory/product expenses and monthly costs, organising purchase orders for contractors etc.)
Managing and coordinating Factory interface and planning between other Technology Functions to ensure team alignment and cohesive Technology position
Managing internal and external Factory communications and engagement initiatives (e.g. recruitment communications, internal factory memos and messages, town halls etc.)
Managing team data and documents (e.g. mailing list, workforce list, staff records etc.)
Supporting OCM activities and stakeholder management within the Factory
Supporting Head of Digital Factory and Factory as a whole
About you

To be successful in this role you will be an effective and collaborative communicator with the ability to manage multiple business priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to influence while also enabling you to build relationships across teams.

This position will work on either a Monday to Friday Roster based in our Perth Office.

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
Tertiary qualification in either business, computer science, finance, human resources or related field required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization
In-depth knowledge of BHP systems
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Experience in stakeholder management
Excellent multitasker, ability to operate at a fast pace, changing environment
Exceptionally organisational skills - both self and team
Ability to lead and guide others, and rapidly learn new things on the job
Impeccable time-management and ability to prioritise
Exercises patience when managing others
Positive team player who is respectful and empathetic
Service role background preferred (e.g. business analyst, administration, coordination etc.)
