The Company

Our client is a well-established International Freight Forwarder who have been providing logistics solutions to their clients for over 80 years! Enjoying stable organic growth they are taking this opportunity to implement a qualified import operations co-ordinator.

This solid and successful Perth Branch enjoys a great team environment and some long term employees that are well looked after by the organisation. This import role will be 80% ocean freight / 20% air freight. You will also have the opportunity to diversify your skills should you be interested in up skilling yourself.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Job registrations

Collate documentation for clearance

Liaising with overseas agents on bookings

Send out Pre-alerts

Process SCA/ACA and EDOs

Liaise with Customs brokers and check ICS for clearance

Essential Criteria

Experience in Freight forwarding in a similar role within the Australian market

Understanding of Incoterms

Ability to prioritise workload and time management skills

Outstanding work ethic
