About Our Client

My client are a mid tier firm, with a staff size of 35 people located in the CBD. Due to recent growth and a few internal secondments, they have a number of vacancies and are ready to place.

Job Description

To be considered for this role, you will be confident to perform the below duties:

  • Reception tasks and managing the switchboard
  • Keeping front office and admin area tidy
  • Scanning, filing and uploading of documents into the system
  • Entering of data from one system to the next to assist with a project
  • Assessment and analysis of applications and entering the data
  • Event organisation and setting up of meeting rooms (adhoc)
  • Ordering of stock and stationary
