We are seeking multiple contracts administration / management professionals to assist with a high-profile building and facilities works program for a Brisbane CBD State Government client.

Working within a client-side program management office, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of a range of building and facilities projects from planning to commissioning. The successful applicants will possess a combination of contracts administration and management skills and experience, ideally gained within an internal / client-side environment. Works will generally be delivered via an external contractor panel arrangement, with the project management and contract superintedency functions managed within the business. Further to your demonstrated experience and qualifications in engineering or construction, you will require high-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop internal and external correspondence to State Government standards. Tertiary qualifications in contract managment, engineering or construction would be well-regarded.
