Working amongst a business and team of high profile agents, and headed up by an elite performer, Our Client is operating out of the leading network internationally. Currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join a team that indulge in industry-best training, education and resources, this is an opportunity for a talented individual that is looking to take their career to the next level.

The Role:
This is a role due to growth! Monday – Friday, we are looking for someone to work out of a super office in a fast paced environment. Your day to day duties will include:

  • Provide sales team with a full range of support from listing to settlement
  • Take responsibility for the co-ordination of and placement of all marketing and advertising
  • Manage agent enquiries
  • Prepare of any canvassing material, pre listing kids, open packs etc.
  • Contact and liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, valuers, building & pest control companies etc.
  • Communication with solicitors during the sales process
  • Liaising with the marketing team
  • Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
  • Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
  • Drafting and managing internal and external communication
  • Compiling reports
  • Ad hoc administration and tasks as required

 
The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate
  • A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
  • High level of professionalism
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
