Customer Service Officer

Night shift – Rotating shifts of 12 hours
Weekends included as part of the roster
Long term temporary position – Immediate start

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service person to work Night shift in a long term temporary position, located close to Burwood East and once fully trained – working from home.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

  • A clear and professional phone manner
  • Strong organisation, planning and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management skills with proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • A Team player
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Intermediate MS Office (Salesforce would be an advantage)

You will be required to proactively manage all after- hours hardware faults for Australia & New Zealand. Ideally you will have experience in handling escalations, be calm under pressure, a team player, self-motivated, focussed and have an excellent work ethic.

Being able to plan and prioritise is essential as this work is reactive and cases must be actioned within short timelines.

Training for this role will be during day shift hours Monday to Friday for approx 3 months in the Office. Once training is completed you will commence working night shift from home. Shifts are rostered over an 8 week period with approx. 20 shifts per 8 weeks. Days will be consecutive and shifts will range from 3pm-3am and 6pm-6am, seven days/week.
You must be fully set up to work from home which includes an ergonomic office/workstation and reliable internet connection. All hardware will be provided.
Please note: Working from home is subject to change in the future and you will be required to attend meetings and training at the Office as necessary.

The hourly rate will vary as weekend work and all Public Holidays are a mandatory part of the roster. Minimum $39.00 per hour plus Super once you move to night shift.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a National Police Clearance.
