HR Duties

  • Maintain and develop HR procedures
  • Leave co-ordination/approval and management
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

PA Assistant Duties

· Administrative support to the MD

· Diary and travel management 

· Booking personal appointments and organising schedule

· Attend meetings and prepare minute notes

· Coordination of conferences and team functions 

· Provide general support to visitors

  • Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
  • Work with the MD to coordinate and supervise daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor attainment of objectives
  • Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses
  • Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
  • Other duties as assigned by the director

· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality


  • Bachelor degree in HR highly regarded
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position of at least 3 years
  • Proven experience as assistant to the managing director/ceo or other similar position of at least 3 years.
  • Ability to work and interact well across all departments and employees
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS office applications and intermediate to high level of excel knowledge.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
