About the role

Working closely with the Branch Manager, this diverse role will see you assist and supervise branch operations whilst driving sales across multiple product ranges. You will complete a Diploma of Leadership & Management over a 12-18month period.


What you would do in this role
  • Develop relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Supervise day to day branch operations, including all aspects of team management 
  • Monitor product pricing and trading margins
  • Maintain stock control and merchandising
  • Learn the products and work towards being a product knowledge expert to help customers find products they need
  • Actively work as a member of the team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way

  • Experience in a trades environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you’re passionate about learning our industry and product range
